1. Fair Play Rules
Players must not:
- Cheat, hack, interfere with, or manipulate the bot or its games.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, duplicate callbacks, payment errors, or technical failures.
- Use scripts, bots, multiple identities, or coordinated accounts to abuse games, rewards, referrals, bonus codes, or promotions.
- Provide false wallet, payment, account, or transaction information.
- Scam staff or other players, or impersonate Axom Casino, its administrators, or support.
Attempted abuse may result in cancelled claims, account restrictions, frozen withdrawals, or a permanent ban.
2. Game Verification
Supported Axom-generated games can create a verification record using the pf-v1 system.
A record may contain a SHA-256 server-seed commitment, revealed server seed, player client seed, nonce, cursor, HMAC-SHA256 proof, game result, rules, and payout information.
When a verification link or proof ID is provided, the Axom verifier can reproduce the result from the disclosed information and compare it with the recorded result and payout. A successful verification means the disclosed inputs reproduce the stored result. Verification applies only to rounds for which a proof is provided.
Dice Rush, Seven Up, and other games using Telegram's native animated dice rely on the result supplied by Telegram and are outside Axom's pf-v1 verifier.
3. Wagers, Results & Payouts
Game-specific bet limits, multipliers, payout tables, maximum payouts, and other conditions are displayed by the relevant game.
Once accepted, a wager is deducted from the player's playable balance. If an unresolved round is voided by supported game logic because a required animation or technical step fails, the game may return the wager.
Displayed results and stored game records determine settlement. Any payout cap applied by a game may reduce the amount payable according to that game's displayed rules.
4. Deposits & Balances
Deposits are credited after the required blockchain, provider, or internal confirmation. Players are responsible for using the correct address, network, token, and memo where required.
Balances are stored internally in USD value. Amounts displayed in another currency are conversions based on the available exchange rate and may change.
5. Withdrawals
Available methods currently include supported cryptocurrency networks, Gift/NFT withdrawals, and Cctip/CWallet.
Fees, minimums, maximums, networks, and the final amount to be received are shown before confirmation. Some withdrawals are processed automatically, while others may be pending, queued, or manually reviewed.
A withdrawal may be temporarily unavailable when:
- The account has insufficient balance.
- Bonus mode is active or a bonus or prize wagering requirement remains.
- The account is frozen, restricted, or banned.
- A recent LTC deposit is awaiting confirmation.
- A withdrawal is already being processed.
- Security or OTP verification fails.
- A cooldown, daily limit, or method-specific limit applies.
Repeated incorrect OTP attempts currently cause a 24-hour withdrawal pause. Withdrawals are not unconditionally available at any time.
6. Bonuses, Codes, Giveaways & Jackpot
Promotions may have separate conditions, including claim limits, expiry windows, recent-activity rules, referral eligibility, minimum deposits or wagers, anti-duplicate checks, and wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Some rewards may be claimed only once per account or identity. Banned or bonus-restricted accounts may be ineligible.
Current jackpot winnings receive a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Jackpot eligibility and ticket calculations are displayed by the jackpot feature.
7. Community Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, threats, offensive content, spam, flooding, unauthorised advertising, financial begging, loan requests, and scam activity are prohibited.
Never publicly share passwords, OTP codes, recovery phrases, private keys, wallet credentials, phone numbers, addresses, or other sensitive financial information.
8. Support & Scam Safety

Axom support will not ask for your wallet private key, password, recovery phrase, or payment to unlock or recover an account. Report fake support accounts and suspicious messages.
9. Account Restrictions & Bans
Accounts may be restricted for cheating, exploitation, fraud, scams, promotion abuse, security concerns, or serious violations of these rules.
A banned account cannot use bot commands or buttons. A frozen or restricted account cannot withdraw until the restriction is resolved. Contact official support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.
10. Data & Privacy Notice
The service stores information needed to operate the bot, including Telegram user IDs and usernames, balances, wagers, game results, deposits, withdrawals, wallet destinations, referrals, bonuses, verification records, security settings, and support history.
Private messages sent to the main bot may be forwarded to an administrator logging channel for support, security, and operational review. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through chat.
11. Personal Responsibility
You decide whether to play and how much to wager. Axom may display responsible-play warnings when high-frequency play or significant losses are detected, but these warnings do not replace personal responsibility.
Stop playing if gambling is causing financial or emotional harm. The available Vault feature can separate funds from the playable balance, but it is not a self-exclusion or loss-limit system.
